- fix path to work with drush as well
- added example of patch usage for memcache module

More details on backend configuration, especially filecache. May need a patch for filecache (mkdir working with only one subdirectory http://drupal.org/files/issues/filecache.inc-7.x-1.0-beta1-mkdir_recursi...)
