In module config page, display the link visibility option 'Show if the following PHP code returns TRUE' only when core PHP filter module is activated (same behaviour as in block visibilty settings).

Yes, you're right.. A funny remark is that it was me that moved that function to the php module in Drupal 7 :)

Anyway, fixed in dev.
