The attached patch adds a "create new blog entry" link at the top of each user's own blog page, similar to the "post new forum topic" link displayed at the top of forum pages. This adds consistency as well as convenience for users.

Dries CreditAttribution: Dries commentedThis is not fully consistent with the forum module. Two examples: (i) the forum module shows this link on all forum pages and (ii) the forum module adds a quick link to 'my forum topics'.

joshuajabbour CreditAttribution: joshuajabbour commentedIt doesn't need to be fully consistent with forum.module. In fact, it shouldn't be.
The other two list entries for forums are:
- My forum discussions.
- Active forum discussions.
If we applied those to a user's blog page:
- My blog posts. (This is incredibly redundant. We are already on the user's blog page, so why do we need another link bringing us back here?)
- Active blog posts. (This isn't very relevant, though could be done. Forums are discussions that are followed, therefore having an 'Active' designation is good. Blog comments aren't really in the same league, I believe.)
Anyway, +1 for this patch. I can't count how many times a user has asked me how to post a new blog entry. (I know it's in 'create content', but logically, one would go to their blog and hope to see a way to create new posts. User experience enhancement! :)
