broken links in taxonomy (and possibly other) module(s)

broken and fixed links:
* http://www.drupal.org/node/55 - should be ... node/view/55 currently. as this will change back again with the next drupal.org update, i just removed the "www" and kept the rest
* admin/taxonomy/help#taxonomy-url --> admin/help/taxonomy#taxonomy-url
* http://www.eleganthack.com/archives/002165.html#002165 - while the article still exists, the fragment identifier (#002165) doesn't anymore. i'm not sure where it originally linked to. anyone (the original help author, or anyone who participated in discussion at http://drupal.org/node/view/55) remembers? until then, i just removed the frag id.

notes / todo:
* we should be consistent with drupal.org vs. www.drupal.org in the source. currently, this is arbitrarily mixed. i think we should unify this to use drupal.org, without www, everywhere. same for the www-prefix for other external links.
* i'm quite sure there are more broken links like that (to drupal.org , admin/module/help, ...). i considered doing an automated link check about a complete, freshly installed site, but didn't find the time for that. anyone else?
