How to set the meta tag defaults for a i18n site?
I got a site running with Italian, English and Spanish idioms on. How to set meta tags defaults for every language variant?
Eg. metatags for the Italian taxonomy term pages, for the English ones and the Spanish variants

DamienMcKennaIt's not currently possible, I'm not sure when I'll get to add this so patches would be appreciated :)

donquixote CreditAttribution: donquixote commentedThanks for letting us know.
Btw for me currently neither defaults nor node-specific meta tags translate properly.

DamienMcKennaClarifying the title.

DamienMcKennaAnd it's a feature request, not a support request.

DamienMcKennaActually it's a duplicate of #1282620: Integration with i18n for per-language defaults. :)

bohemier CreditAttribution: bohemier commentedDamien, I don't think this request is an exact duplicate of https://drupal.org/node/1282620 as the OP request was to be able to translate the Default metatag settings whereas the other link is about translating the frontpage metatags. I think if we could have something like a variable realm for metatag defaults we would be able to solve both issues.

DamienMcKennaMy point was more that the front page's meta tags are controlled through the same system as the defaults, integration for one should affect both, right?

bohemier CreditAttribution: bohemier commentedSorry, I thought that fix was for the frontpage only. Could something like a variable realm be implemented in the MetaTag admin interface?
