Hello im new to drupal and i will try to create blog. I finded good offer from fecony.eu webhosting for 1 year free. I think for starting site is it good because i will pay only domain and i dont have other payments... But i dont know if this hosting will be enough for drupal with some modules. Have somebody experience with this company? Is their specification enough? I think in future i can have 300-400 UIP per day

A problem with shared hosting, in particular 'free' shared hosting is that you are sharing the server with other sites that may take resources away from your site. Based on drupal system requirements @ https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/system-requirements, it seems to fit the PHP requriements. However, there are nuances not mentioned such as memory. It's worth a shot since its free. You don't need a domain name to get started. You can utilize the server IP address to determine how well the hosting is.

Considering that the services are initially free, you could simply try them out and see if they are worth the money you will pay afterward. However, I don't believe that free-based web hosting services are good for any kind of script.
