When I upgrade to php 8.0 from 7.4, I get the following error
Unsupported operand types: array | array in include() (line 229 /user/htdocs/sites/all/themes/mayo/templates/page.tpl.php
All modules are up to date and I am on drupal 7.94.

Thank You, problem sorted with May Mayo update.
Where can I find the dev version of MAYO?
Last official update I see is in 2016. Nothing on Gitlab, too :(
There are no more recent dev-releases of MAYO.
7.x-2.x-dev is dated Feb 11, 2016.
8.x-1.x dev is dated Apr 27, 2016.
The tagged release is from 2015, and development status of MAYO is set to: "No further development". The project's owner was last active on Drupal in 2017.
The "update" referred to in the comment by iswarner was probably a local update done by means patches downloaded from the issue queue.
I see that 4,083 sites still report using this theme, but it looks pretty abandoned to me. If you're still using this, you may be better off with something better maintained.
