I am new at theming Drupal. I've installed Drupal 7.x and the Groundwork framework. I want to move the "Read More" and "Add Comment" strings from the Article teaser area. How is this best accomplished? Thanks.

I solved this by creating a view that omits the "read me" and "add a comment" links from the teaser display.

I'm using a view too, and see I can omit the 'read more' and 'add comment' links at the same time; however, is it possible to remove the 'add comment' only?

Use CSS for hiding:

display: none;

I work at Drupar.com

.node-teaser .comment-add {display: none;}

I've just started using Display Suite and it has changed my Drupal-theming life. In a nutshell, it allows you a lot more control in the Manage Display tab, among other things. And one of the items you can control the display of in your view modes (including Teaser) is Comments.

Check out Display Suite and see how much easier theming can be. I'm at the point now where I'm only creating a handful of template overrides where, before using DS, I was making dozens of them per project.

In my case display: none; did the trick.
