A user is locked out after entering their credentials incorrectly five times.
I checked their account and it shows "Active" not "Blocked" and I'm able to log in using their credentials, but they still get the blocked message every time they try to log in, even using Incognito mode.
How do we clear this user?

Thank you for the reply.
Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I'm not a "Drupal professional." I'm an end user who has to administer a website built in Drupal by another party. I don't have access to modify the databases as indicated. I only have access as an admin through the Drupal interface.
I'm more accustomed to Sitecore, where a user's account can be reactivated directly through the CMS interface. Is there no such interface feature in Drupal without installing a 3rd-party add-on?

The article I provided links to a module that does that.
