Hi, occasionally after we edit content, graphics (on other places on the site) will be missing because of incorrect hrefs. So an incorrect link

https://www.info.oursite.com/sites/default/files/Physician-Collaboration...

is only fixed after cache clear

(correct https://www.oursite.com/sites/default/files/Physician-Collaboration-Solu...)

But we have to clear caches after every content update. Any ideas?

UPDATE: Now we are having other incorrect links, such as https://www.kht.oursite.com/sites/default/files/Physician-Collaboration-...
Again, clearing caches fixes.
