Hello:

I have lost the menu that appears in backend drupal. I login as administrator user and the top menu doesn't appears.

Anyone knows what may happen?

what module was in use producing the menu? If the module that was used still enabled? Have you tried clearing Drupal cache?

Hello VM:

I cleared cache but problem still persisted. I installed admin_menu module and then appeared two admin menús. I think installing new menu the oldest got reconfigured. I unisntalled admin_menu and all worked fine.
