When trying to log into http://www.psylos.be/user with our username and password combination we get the message (Gebruikersnaam of wachtwoord is onbekend. Bent u uw wachtwoord vergeten? /Username or password unknown)

When we access the page for password recovery and enter our username (Psylos)…

…it says this: ‘further instructions are send to your e-mailaddress’. Unfortunately we don’t seem to receive any mail...

How do we know which email adress our username is connected with? As an organization we recently changed email-adresses, but the old ones still work, so this seems ok.

you'll have to perform a database lookup for the username and in the row will be the email address.

Can you tell me where I can find the procedure to perform a database lookup?

You can find the information in the mail on disk.
