Is there any way to install together Open Deals and Commerce or ubercart shop ?
I would like to have a shop where I can exhibit products to open deals, is it possible ?

A distro is just a convenience... It's still drupal. You can install whatever additional modules you want, you just can't add another distro (ie can't add commerce_kickstart).
