I'm a bit stuck on a CCK application.

This is in regards to a State and County application with Select List

There are 50 States, Each State has 20 or so Counties

I would like to build it so that when a User selected a State from a Select List, the apporiate Select List of Counties would appear for then to choose from.

I could create a CCK file for each State, then froce the State information using the module Tax Default and present only the Counties (in a Select List) for the User to choose from and then use Views to present data in a State by County view --- but that would mean I would have 50 State files in Create Content area and that would probably look a bit sloppy.

I've been playing around with Active Select, but I'm just not seeing how to use this

is there another way to do this?

thanks for the post - but I will be darn if I can get that module to work

I know it has to be something silly Im not doing correctly - but I've been banging all day on this - and sadly enought .... its winning

I guess I'll just keep hammering at it - until I figure it out - it looks so simple to setup... grrrr
