Weekly Newsletter

I have created a module that creates content for a newsletter that I would like to have mailed out. I'm stuck now because I'm not yet skilled enough a programmer to program a system to collect the emails. Does anyone know of a module that is a good system for collecting and maintaing names from a form where people can subscribe and unsubscribe from. Then I can program the part to send out the emails.
