Hi all

im installing durpal 8.2.6 using this tutorial:

i got a problem after installing all dependency:
php7
mariadb 10.1.26
apacha server

the problem is that i cannot access the first installation page i got a 403 forbidden

any help? i installed Drupal successfully on Debian server before, this is the first time on Centos 7.
