I am web manager for company called HIAS.

We are currently in the process of redeveloping our site from old static html version to a modern dynamic version with a backend admin tools. Despite the fact that most of the site is displayed in PHP pages, most of them are still static HTML.

I am interested to find some one that will be able to port our existing site into a Durpal system.

Currently we have our site design made in Photoshop. The end result must be 100% accurate to the design of Photoshop.

If you visit this site: http://hias.org you will see our new site. The new Photoshop design is essentially the same with minor layout inconsistencies.

I am not sure if I need to include any more information for this request, if I left anything out please ask in your comment bellow.
