Hi everyone,
I have started using drupal 3 months ago for a large project. We want to try to convert more projects to drupal, but I am looking for a Book, tutorial/information about how to get started on a project.
Is there a guide to use, with different "steps" (conventions), like normal IT projects (UML, ...) ?
- step one create functional analysis,
- step two convert the functionality in block,
- step 3 try to match contrib modules to the functionality, so you can create a planning for development,
- step four, write out the content types ... etc ...
Does anyone know where I can find such information ?
Thanks in advance.
If there is none available, I might start working on one myself :).

Use Drupal Userguide
I know this is years later, but for anyone else that stumbles on this and has the same question...the Drupal User Guide is a helpful place to start...https://www.drupal.org/docs/user_guide/en/index.html.
