www.iek-01.com is a Greek responsive website portal dedicated exclusively to public and private institutions of post-secondary education of Vocational training institutes in all specialties.

Originally started as a forum only for institutes about computers (it was made by Xoops) and today after a few years of operation and proposals from members of other disciplines , decided to "open " the doors in all the specialties .

The portal offers register members a number of features that are free .

1 ) Ability to read articles with important issues of all disciplines eg aesthetic areas , accounting etc. Also members can submit their own articles .
2 ) Update through new .
3) FORUM for each specialty and branch.
4 ) Ability discussions in real time ( CHAT )
5) Ability to upload / download documents and training materials as eg material about exams at vocational training institutes.
6 ) Voluntary Offer .
7) Search job advertisements from employers looking ΙΕΚ graduates for full-time or practice etc.

Considering that the target group are mainly young people decided to use technology of responsive design for the construction while using open source software.

We migrate to Drupal cause we think that this CMS can cover our current and future needs and can be upgraded by our partners without having to be computers experts.
