TEST POST - IGNORE: Accessibility of rich text editor

This is a test of the rich text editor, using Windows 7 + IE11 + NVDA Screen reader v2017.4

I am testing whether:

1. I can enter text here. Mostly a SUCCESS, but noticed it was occasionally possible to get a black paragraph, and not be able to enter text in it. I'm not sure how to reliably reproduce that.

2. I can exit the rich text editor using the TAB key - SUCCESS, however I noticed some weird behaviours too. I could enter some empty paragraphs, and the TAB key moved focus back and forth through those, before leaving the rich text editor. There was sometimes a strange behavior where the TAB key jumped back to the start of the text area, when tabbing though paragraphs, and timing seems to be involved. I found that to leave the text editor to go further down the document, I had to rapidly tab past all paragraphs. Doing it too slowly returned me to the
