delete uikitty theme from the list of themes

Posting this here isn't going to get it removed. That is up to the maintainer. If the maintainer has left, there is still an opportunity for someone to request to take over maintainership. It will also stay posted since there are still 242 reported (active) installs of the theme. Any one of those people may have an interest in seeking maintainership or may still require the source code in the future. Very little actually gets removed from Drupal.org. They get Maintenance status: Unsupported and Development status: No further development. This is pretty much the same thing as removing it.
