I started receiving a bunch of notifications from drupal.org on different support topics and would like to turn that off for all notifications, but not seeing where to do that at. Please advise.

You've probably either set up to follow some issues or you've responded to them - You might start with your user dashboard on drupal.org and go through your issues?
