** NOTES **
IP Tracking is done in troll.module, so you will not see IP addresses
in user searches until they have accessed the site with the troll.module enabled

You may want to add a key in the users table on the mail field to increase email searching speed

INSTALLATION:

1. Place the troll directory in the modules directory of your drupal installation

2. Enable this module by navigating to:
        Administer > Site building > Modules

3. Select and save the blocked user role under the troll module settings page:
        Administer > Site configuration > Troll
        
4. Blacklist punishment is off by default. Select punishments, import blacklists,
   and create a whitelist:
        Administer > Site configuration > Troll > Blacklists
