Prevent the RSS feed from unconditionally appending a hyphen to the
title even when there is no slogan to follow the hyphen.  This is as
discussed in http://drupal.org/node/38975, and this patch applies against
http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/drupal/drupal/modules/node.module?rev=1.555.
