Removing a person's ability to opt projects into security coverage

In the very rare case where a maintainer has their ability to opt projects into security coverage revoked, this is a template to use.

Your access to opt projects into Security Coverage has been removed because your use of the drupalcode.org repository and/or activity in the security queue violates one or more of the terms of use:

The opt-in for a project to Security Team Coverage requires you to “Cooperate with the Drupal Security Team at all times” which includes not just following the team's documentation, guidelines for coordinated disclosure, but also following best practices and suggestions given by members of the team.

To seek reinstatement: demonstrate that you understand how your actions failed to meet the expectations, and document steps you will take to correct the situation in an email to the Security Team.
