AWS installation guide using EC2 + Aurora DB

This guide has not yet been reviewed by Installing Drupal maintainer(s) and added to the menu.

In this documentation we will configure a Drupal 8/9 installation using the Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure so that the stack will be 100% cloud based.<!--break-->

IMPORTANT: The services used in this tutorial are paid in the model pay as you go. Please check the AWS EC2 pricing policies before creating any instances.
