OpenEDU Profile

A Profile content type is available to create Faculty and Staff member, along with a directory page for viewing and filtering, this can be viewed at the following path /directory

The following fields can be added to a profile;

• title
• courses taught, which are courses linked to the profile
• description
• department & programs, which allows the linking of departments and programs to the profile
• education, a multi entry text field for listing previous education and achievements
• an email address
• a profile image
• job title, a multi entry text field for listing jobs, roles or responsibilities
• name, a name field with first and last name options
• office location, a text field for entering an address
• office phone, a text field for entering a phone number
• profile type, staff or faculty, faculty profiles have extra options
• publications, a multi html body field to formatting and specifying publications
• students supervised; an html body field for listing students that are supervised by the profile
• research interest, a multi entry text field
• research project, a multi entry html body field for listing out projects being researched or research in the past

Profiles can be created using the following admin menu path:
Content -> Add Content -> Profile
