Create an FAQ

FAQs let users post the answers to commonly asked questions. The FAQ page in the Kickstart developer portal uses a Drupal view to display all of the FAQ content entities. The FAQs entities are ordered on the FAQ page by their creation date.

To add an FAQ:

1. Log in to your portal as a user with admin or content creation privileges.
2. Select Content > Add content > FAQ in the Drupal admin menu.
3. Add content in the Question and Answer fields.
4. Click Preview to preview your FAQ, including any images or formatting applied.
5. Check Published and click Save to publish your FAQ.

To remove an FAQ:

1. Log in to your portal as a user with admin or content creation privileges.
2. Select Content in the Drupal admin menu.
3. Locate the FAQ you wish to remove, and select Delete from the dropdown Operations menu.
4. Select Delete again to save your changes.
