DICTU stands for Dienst ICT Uitvoering (Service IT Implementation) and is one of the biggest IT-services within the Dutch government. DICTU is an internally independent organization part within the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy.

The DICTU Webteam delivers premium Drupal websites for a diverse range of Dutch governmental organizations on a cost-benefit basis. Including high profile clients such as The House of Representatives, CBI (Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries) and RVO (Netherlands Enterprise Agency).

The DICTU Webteam consists of five scrumteams. We build complex websites that are secure, sustainable, accessible and in line with the governmental guidelines. We manage over 100 governmental websites, a number that is fast growing each year.

DICTU stands out due to it’s ability to deliver custom projects that are tailormade for the end-user. Our UX team members know how to optimize user-experience while keeping the product within governmental guideline. We design, structure, test, improve, and innovate.

We actively develop the distribution GovNL, which enables parties to quickly set up a Drupal website for the Dutch government. The distribution comes with all the configurations you need to comply to the government safety standards.
