[Proyecto] Cantera Drupal

Hello,

On this occasion, we really need the support of the whole Drupal community.

We have been several months reactivating the Drupal talks and meetups in Spanish (in remote version) and in this event we want to officially present our first firm initiative for the period 2022/23:

[Project] Cantera Drupal 💙.

An international space for collaboration and growth of Drupal talent.

With it we intend that, from the different organizations, associations and local Drupal groups, we serve as catalysts to facilitate the access of future devs to Drupal.

In addition, we want to create a whole ecosystem of content, resources, training, support, etc.. Focused on the improvement of our developers.

Finally, we want to facilitate access to the project participants to different internship options in different companies collaborating with the initiative.

During the session, we will explain in detail how we intend to carry out all these actions, as well as the ways to collaborate in it.

We will also have some time to discuss and brainstorm ideas to improve the initiative.

In short, we have spent a lot of time in making a strong and important proposal for our community and all we need is support.

Will we be able to gather more than 60 Drupaler@s for it?

En esta ocasión, de verdad, necesitamos el apoyo de toda la comunidad drupalera.

Llevamos varios meses reactivando las charlas y quedadas Drupal en español (en versión remoto) y en este evento queremos presentar oficialmente nuestra primera iniciativa firme para el periodo 2022/23:

[Proyecto] Cantera Drupal 💙

Un espacio internacional para la colaboración y el crecimiento del talento Drupal.

Con ella pretendemos que, desde las diferentes organizaciones, asociaciones y grupos locales de Drupal, sirvamos de catalizadores para facilitar el acceso de futuros/as dev a Drupal.

Además, deseamos crear todo un ecosistema de contenidos, recursos, capacitaciones, ayuda, etc. Enfocado a la mejora de nuestros/as desarrolladores/as.

Por último, queremos facilitar el acceso a los/as participantes del proyecto a diferentes opciones de prácticas en diversas empresas colaboradoras de la iniciativa.

Durante la sesión, os explicaremos detalladamente cómo pretendemos llevar a cabo todas estas acciones, así como las formas de colaborar en la misma.

Además habilitaremos un ratito para debatir y hacer una tormenta de ideas para mejorar la iniciativa.

En definitiva, hemos dedicado muchísimo tiempo en realizar una propuesta firme e importante para nuestra comunidad y lo único que necesitamos es apoyo.

¿Seremos capaces de reunir a más de 60 Drupaler@s para ello?
