Professional Single Directory Components 2026

Professional Single Directory Components is designed for those who would like to transform their approach to Drupal theming and build better, more maintainable sites by bringing modern, component-based development practices directly into Drupal themes. After completing the course, students will be ready to start adding/using SDCs in new and existing Drupal projects.
The 18-hour course is presented every other day in 3-hour sessions over 2-weeks, fitting nicely into the work week and allowing participants to put concepts into practice with access to the support of the DrupalEasy learning
community. PSDC students create forward-looking SDCs that will be ready to use with current and future Drupal page building tools. Class examples will be focused on creating creating validatable *.component.yml files as well as using AI in
the creation of components. Participants have the opportunity to participate in more than 5 hands-on examples focused on building SDCs and modern CSS techniques.
