Join us on April 27 for the in person Zurich Drupal Meetup at the offices of Liip.

Doors open at 18:00, presentations will start around 18:30. There will be time to network and exchange before, between and after the talks.
The Zurich Drupal Meetup is dedicated to people interested in the Content Management System & Framework: Drupal.

Ting Community Case

Ting is a pioneering civil society project that shares money to unlock human potential. With monthly contributions (starting at 10 CHF a month), all members generate common wealth, which is available to other members as temporary income. This redistribution creates space for new ideas, innovation, change and reorientation. Ting invests in people to shape the future. We deeply believe that more trust and a different approach to money (redistribution) has an impact on social issues such as inequity. So far, 205 months (approx. 17 years) of community money have been paid out.
We will talk about the challenges of building such a community and how we brought Ting to life thanks to Drupal 9

AI-Powered Search-Indexes: Advancements and Impacts

This talk will explore the benefits of AI-powered search indexes, which can greatly enhance the accuracy and relevance of search results. Attendees will learn about techniques for generating vector representations of data sets, which are a critical component of AI-powered search. Additionally, the talk will provide practical guidance for setting up and hosting an index server, with a focus on Typesense as a powerful and user-friendly option.

Splash Awards Switzerland 2023

During the Splash Awards, the best Drupal projects are awarded. The Splash Awards, as with most in Drupal, is run almost entirely by Drupal community members with a lot of passion and voluntary efforts.
