3. 11:00 AM – Still Standing: How to Stay Grounded When Your Career Feels Like It's Shifting
   
   AI isn't the first wave of change the tech world has seen, but it may be the one that feels the most personal. For many mid- to senior-level professionals, the anxiety isn't really about tools or skills. It's quieter than that. It's the feeling of having worked hard to become good at something, and now not being sure what 'good' even means anymore.
   
   
   This session won't tell you how to learn faster or stay ahead of the curve. Instead, it offers something that's harder to find in most professional spaces: a chance to name what you're actually feeling, understand why change hits differently when you're experienced, and walk away with a few grounded practices to help you stay steady without shutting down.
