Drupal Malaysia Contribution Meetup - Jan 2023

The Malaysian Drupal community is proud to host the first Drupal Contribution Event of 2023!

Part local meetup, part contribution event - this event aims to bring together the Malaysian Drupal community at large. We will be celebrating the official launch of Drupal 10, getting to know everyone and we will teach you how to contribute to Drupal and possibly earn some credits. But above all, this will be a great way to meet fellow Drupal experts and enthousiasts!

There will be mentors present who can help you get started if needed.

• 5.00pm : Introduction to the Bug Smash Initiative
• 7.00pm : Adjourned

Who can join?

Everybody!! Whether you are completely new to Drupal or an seasoned Drupal veteran, anyone interested in Drupal is invited to join. You do not need any experience in working with Drupal or contributing to open source projects.

All participants who are interested in (learning) contributing, it would really help if you prepare the following:

• A confirmed drupal.org user account (https://www.drupal.org/user)
• A Drupal Slack account (Visit https://www.drupal.org/join-slack to join)
• If possible: a clean local install of Drupal (See this documentation page on how to get started. Mentors at the event can offer assistance if you need any help with this step.
