Bay Area Drupal Camp returns to Oakland this November for two days of sessions, conversation, and community. For more than 16 years, BADCamp has brought together developers, site builders, content strategists, marketers, and people who are brand new to Drupal. They come to share what's working, learn from real-world projects, and meet the people behind the platform.

What to expect

BADCamp sessions are practical and grounded in real work: live demos, case studies, hands-on walkthroughs, and roundtables. This year's program is shaping up around five areas:

  • AI in Drupal: automation, intelligent features, and new workflows
  • Drupal CMS and Canvas: hands-on time with where the platform is headed
  • Accessibility and compliance: building digital experiences that work for everyone
  • DevOps and infrastructure: faster builds, smoother deployments, and more reliable sites
  • Modern authoring: better editor experiences and modern site building

Alongside the sessions, BADCamp hosts half-day summits where peers dig into shared problems together. This year's program includes a Higher Education Summit for site owners, IT managers, developers, and content creators working in Drupal at colleges and universities. It's a chance to compare notes with peers facing the same problems of scale, governance, accessibility, and shared campus platforms.

Whether you've been coming for years or this would be your first Drupal event, come join us. Registration is free.
