The goal of drupal.org content moderators is to maintain the quality of content on the community-produced documentation, case studies, and forums on drupal.org so that it's clear, up-to-date, and well-organized.

Impact: 

Clear, up-to-date community-produced content on drupal.org makes Drupal more useful to everyone.

Accountable for: 

Moderating content, including:

  • Deleting spam, empty, and test content along with content that is heavily outdated and/or replaced by newer, more relevant content.
  • Removing duplicate posts and posts that are on the wrong forum and editing badly formatted posts.
  • Review case studies for promotion to the Featured section
  • Promoting and demoting content on the front page
  • Reviewing Planet Drupal and Planeta Latinoamerico requests
  • Leaving comments and log messages to show what they did 
How to get started: 

Review issues in the Drupal.org Content issue queue, and perform other tasks on the Moderating content page that do not require special permission. Request permission to become a content moderator in the Site moderators project when you are ready.
