The goal of drupal.org content moderators is to maintain the quality of content on the community-produced documentation, case studies, and forums on drupal.org so that it's clear, up-to-date, and well-organized.
Clear, up-to-date community-produced content on drupal.org makes Drupal more useful to everyone.
Moderating content, including:
- Deleting spam, empty, and test content along with content that is heavily outdated and/or replaced by newer, more relevant content.
- Removing duplicate posts and posts that are on the wrong forum and editing badly formatted posts.
- Review case studies for promotion to the Featured section
- Promoting and demoting content on the front page
- Reviewing Planet Drupal and Planeta Latinoamerico requests
- Leaving comments and log messages to show what they did
Review issues in the Drupal.org Content issue queue, and perform other tasks on the Moderating content page that do not require special permission. Request permission to become a content moderator in the Site moderators project when you are ready.
