Help the Drupal initiative leads describe their progress and innovation, inside and outside the Drupal community. This team is dedicated to highlighting the work of the project initiatives and translating technical progress into excitement about and adoption of Drupal. In return for your time, you will potentially:

  • Expand marketing skills and open source audience awareness to leverage in other marketing positions  
  • Position yourself and your organization as Drupal and open source thought leaders at the center of one of the world’s largest and most-successful open source projects
  • Expand your network of open source and technology leaders in the Drupal community
  • Gain hands-on experience marketing virtual conferences and insight to DrupalCon attendee personas

Accountable for: 
  • Attend an initial onboarding session with the Drupal Association
  • Attend committee meetings, contribute ideas, and implement approved ideas
  • Share new outreach ideas and techniques you think would have a positive impact on the community
  • Work with initiative leads to understand their work
  • Collaborate on the writing and design of marketing materials and social media content
