Drupal core initiative coordinator

Initiatives are larger projects for the current development release that are intended to re-architect or otherwise improve large areas of the Drupal core code-base, or add major new features. Each initiative has coordinators, who act as project managers and community leaders to guide the team of initiative contributors.
