The Drupal Association board determines the policy and budget for the Drupal Association. There are two At-Large community positions on the board, which are self-nominated and elected by the members of the Drupal Association to serve two-year terms. Impact: 

The Drupal Association (DA) is the 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the Drupal project, fostering the Community, and accelerating its growth. The Board of Directors has the responsibility to ensure the effective governance of fiscally sound programs as well as the strategic direction of the organization.

Accountable for: 

Board members are required to attend all regular (typically held quarterly) and special (held as needed) board meetings and actively participate in at least one board committee.
