Find the issues for a project

Most tasks for Drupal.org projects are handled through project issue queues (we use the term "issue queue" for the list of all issues for a project). This document explains how to find the issue queue for a project; see Overview of projects and issues for more background. See also the issue reporting section of the Community page.
- Log in to your account on Drupal.org, or create an account.
- Choose a project to work on. This could be Drupal Core, or a contributed module, theme, or distribution. A good choice is a module/theme/distribution you have used and are familiar with, and would like to contribute to improving.
- Go to the project page. For Drupal Core, the project page is http://drupal.org/project/drupal. You can find the project page for a module/theme by searching from http://drupal.org/project/modules, http://drupal.org/project/themes, or https://www.drupal.org/project/project_distribution . If you are working on a contributed module/theme/distribution, you may want make a note of who the project's maintainers are (upper right corner of the page) -- you will probably be communicating with them.
- On the right sidebar of the project page, you will see an Issues section. Click on the link for open issues. (If this project has no issues, choose another module or theme to work with.)
