Initiative Goals

- Define the inexperienced developer journey, which would help identify all the supporting areas that may need to be put in place or improved.

- Provide possible proposals on how we could motivate more IXP hiring. (In Process see the related section https://www.drupal.org/community-initiatives/ixp/initial-proposal)

- Define a clear Scope for the initiative, and identify supporting initiatives or programs that are not directly a responsibility of this initiative.

- Add more detailed goals as we gain more knowledge of what the community have been doing and  what is in existance.
