RENAMED the result key to 'fetched_content'. ADDED a new data lookup so we can... 

RENAMED the result key to 'fetched_content'. ADDED a new data lookup so we can access the feeds_item_url. RENAMED the callbacks etc to reflect the node->feeds_item->skip syntax directly. ADDED README for url mapping process
