[EZDVG-50] basic fixes: added normalize, cleaned up some code, added skip links, added digid login styling. added modern contextual links. removed ems  from line-heights. Added and refined a colors-variable file, and added generic color naming. Added maintanance page styling and tpl.php. Added source mapping, modernized some code (removed old prefixes).
