This is a backport of the D7 patch, including additional workarounds to make
AJAX/AHAH functionality usable with editors. It is now possible to add more
values to multi-value fields (CCK) and re-arrange them without the
support from additional modules.

Loading some editors in CTools' Modals may require jsalter module to
avoid their scripts from executing twice.
