Update with current changes

- Add config for top-level domains
- Add support for multilingual "Did you mean, !suggestion?"
- Add global toggle config options
- Use 'Optimal' String-Alignment Distance function instead of the default sift3 function — for higher quality suggestions
- Focus the email input after selecting
- Remove module provided styles (IMO, the theme should be able to provide styles if default styles don't suffice)
