cwgordon7 commentedThe linked to site is violating the copyright on the bluebeach theme. You may not use the images in that theme, as they are not released under the GPL license. http://drupal.org/themes/bluebeach/header-back.png and http://drupalo.org/themes/drupalo-2/images/header-back.png are identical, for instance. Please remove the offending images and/or stylesheets. Thank you.
