RDF import warning

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in D:\...\all\modules\rdf\rdf.api.inc on line 363. Anybody can help me with this warning when I try to import RDF? What's happening?
I always get this message: 0 statements imported from http://............rdf.
