should i bother to uprgrade from 5.x to 6.x?

Hello, I currently have a drupal 5.x site up and running with uber cart installed and working correctly. I noticed ubercart is only only for 5.x and not 6.x. My site relies on ubercart so, should I bother to upgrade and lose ubercart for the sake of security?

5.7, the current 5.x version
5.7, the current 5.x version of Drupal, is up-to-date in terms of security. The 5.x branch will continue to receive security updates until 7.x is released.
No need to upgrade and break your ubercart website just yet...

I agree with Corey - you should wait till Ubercart gets 6.x compatible release.
