Drupal site with specific functionality development

Hi,

I need a modern-looking, web 2 graphic etc, site developed which meets the following criteria:

There will be two 'types' of users on my site: Customers and Cleaners.
Customers can log in to post a 'job' by filling in a form which various fields such as address, postcode, number of rooms, floor covering (tiles, carpet) and various other questions. Each job is automatically assigned a job number by the site.

Cleaners can log in and set up a 'profile' which is done filling in a form with details such as address, whether they have insurance (yes/no) and other related questions.
Once they have set this up they can view all jobs, excluding certain fields such as telephone number and exact address. The site has a telephone number associated with it that cleaners can then phone up and quote the job number they saw on the site.

Some of the functionality I require is on a website called www.mybuilder.com...this site has a method of contact between traders and clients...this is not something my site needs as contact is via telephone.

The site I wish to develop needs to have a search by post code (there will only be one type of trade (cleaners) so the list down the side will not be needed etc:
