Description
please add some kind of notice to site http://scratch.drupal.org/ telling that it is not the main site.

#1
The site title graphic indicates Scratch.drupal.org and the name itself indicates that it is not the main site.
#2
I support Pasqualle's request.
I had someone once post a followup to an issue on scratch without noticing the logo, and that got forever lost.
Changing the theme to red garland would do the trick. Or even a drupal_set_message() on every page.
#3
I'm with Pasqualle and kbahey on this one. It can be misleading sometimes if you don't pay attention. on my dev sites I usually change the theme color to make it obvious, as kbahey suggested.
#4
Changing to red Garland would defeat the purpose of theme testing.
Please make a revised version of http://scratch.drupal.org/themes/bluebeach/logos/scratch.drupal.org.png.

The word "scratch" is not an easy word for a non English speaker. It is not easily associated with testing. A mission statement like the one on the site http://project.drupal.org/ would be the minimum requirement to inform users about the functionality of this site.
